The Master Mind Scholarships 2025 in Belgium is Fully Funded for International from all over the world. The students who wants to pursue their master degree programme are eligible for Master Mind Scholarships. There is no application fee for Master Mind Scholarships. This scholarship covers financial benefits including monthly stipend, living cost, travelling cost and health insurance to international students.

The Master Mind Scholarships is funded by Flemish Ministry of Education and Training. The Flemish higher education system is a binary system and consisting of 18 publicly funded higher education institutions. The Flemish higher education system has five universities, 13 small and medium sized universities colleges. These universities are known as applied science and arts. All institutions offer higher education according to the excellence level of the European Higher Education. The Flemish Higher Education system is a part of the European Higher Education Area. A year of full time studies at university or university of applied sciences level is generally worth 60 ECTS credits. It is equal to 1,500 to 1,800 hours of study work. This means 1 ECTS is equal to between 25 to 30 hours.
