The KAPSARC Graduate Development Program in Saudi Arabia is Fully Funded for international freshly graduates from all over the world. The Graduate Development Program is a 12 month program. This program will provides to recent graduates with the opportunity to gain experience in different program tracks. The program is designed to help graduates develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a variety of roles. KAPSARC has two tracks which are Consulting and Enabling. This Graduate Development Program will provide the financial benefits including monthly stipend, living cost, travelling and health insurance to the trainees.
By joining the Consulting track, trainees will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working on timely and relevant projects in the energy sector, while developing essential career skills such as problem solving, data analysis, communication and teamwork.
By joining the Enabling track, trainees will develop specialized technical skills in business enabling functions by working with experts in a wide range of majors. The real work environment also helps with developing soft skills like time management and adaptability that are essential to succeed in the workplace.
Trainees will learn the technical skills in business field. Multiple fields will be entertain during this program including Administration, Business, Public Policy, Finance, Engineering, Business, Economics, and Energy Studies, Management Information System, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Public Relations and Communication, English Translation, Project Management, and Marketing.

Eligibility Criteria for KAPSARC Graduate Development Program
There is general requirements for the eligibility criteria of KAPSARC Graduate Development Program. Criteria is listed below:
- Applicants must be domestic or international from all over the world.
- Applicants must have graduated in 2024-2025.
- Applicants must have Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
- Applicants must have 3.2/4 CGPA, or 60/100 % marks.
- Applicants must have IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL IBT 79.
- Applicants must be medically fit.
- Must be motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should be excellent communication and research skills.
